yomi007k:

You are very lucky o.
I started around July/Aug and I was slow which made the price change catch up with me. I wish I started earlier, invested more money and was faster.
Well, I am just hoping things may improve around February 2021. Am even hoping so, because the price of roofing sheets went up 3x. Am waiting till then too |

Good morning Nairalanders, Please I have finished the Wood work on my 4 bedroom bungalow. But the current situation with the Price of Long pan Aluminium roof is not favourable to me. I have decided to use Cameroun zinc to save cost.
Please the size of the roof is 367 sqm² Cladding 40 meters Facial 36 meters. . How many bundles would be enough for it. And also need a professional roofer to install the sheets.

Ibibioson: @Collins1507.
Please do not do anything with this fraudster called hsl-broker. Don't fall for his write ups. I did and have regretted. I paid him 3m to supply roofing materials and ceilings for my projects, but he took my money and ran away. Finally I got him arrested. The case is in the court now. If you think, see the attached screenshot. Thank you for the info. We all have to be careful though when committing money to site workers. I am in such situation now. I gave my own person #317,000 for Roofing sheets and iron protectors but I have been asking him for the sheets since and no positive response. That is why I have not done the carcass yet. |

HsLBroker: you are welcome, the best of the best professionally is for you to wait and let the roofing carcass is perfectly done, it is after then, physical measurement will be taken, then you can get accurate measurement for the numbers of roofing sheets you will need to cover the house, otherwise, you need to provide the roof plan with full dimensions to give you a near by estimate of about plus or minus 5%,
Hsl broker God bless you. You have given me a hint of how much to save up for my roofing. I need to save more ooo. To avoid finishing the carcass and leaving it for very long time.
This forum is really nice. Thanks |
