lol dis made me 2 remember my former neighbors (they were lasu boys) ..
ITS A LONG STORY

Dis guys always refuse 2 pay NEPA BILL, because we were not using prepaid meter in d compound back den.. so d 2 flats were using 1 NEPA wire..
Complained 2 d land lord.. No positive solution

HOW I GOT MY PROBLEMS SOLVED
I Later got a SOLAR INVERTER. (With 2 big star plus batteries)
Den I made sure I connected EXTRA BULBS OUTSIDE MY FLAT so anytime I turn my inverter on, dey will be able 2 see from their flat dat I have 24hours light
After I connected my inverter, 4 days later NEPA came and cut d light.
Dey were thinking I will pay as usual, but dey were shocked I didn't pay anymore
I got back from work and turned on my solar, switched on all d outdoor lights.. so dat dey can be seeing from their flat widow dat I had 24hours light and dey were d only ones in TOTAL DARKNESS

Long story cut short... After 2 weeks wen heat almost finished them, dey came 2 meet me dat we should pls contribute money and pay d NEPA bill..
