it depends on the state of the vehicle, history of usage and maintenance. All vehicles were once 'bought brand new'.(bbn)
In Nigeria where our means of transportation is poor, we all subject our movements to our car usage while most advanced countries use their cars minimally, a reason u see 15yr old toks cars looking far better than our own 10yr old bbn car.
USAGE is key here but don't get fooled by mileage cos it can be edited.
