hey dear...i'm from bayelsa-oloibiri, and all my siblings except me are products of NDU. 3already had longed graduated. One is Currently serving, One is actually in his penultimate year-marine engineering, d other in her finals-nursing... Don't choose NDU for medicine. Accreditions wud cum in place gradually, buh to be on a safer side, u need to pursue dis big dream of urs somewhere else. UI or UNN. I actually did run a diploma at UNN, and i must confess, dat skool make brains!!. Medicine&Surgery dept Is mindblowing, cheap and worth itz standard, already accredited!. And you have 35% of getting dat admission once u fall in their catchment. Bayelsa is under UNN's catchment. Or Better Still Go To The SouthWest-UI, You Only Stand A Chance In UI When You Merit It...You Only Have One Slot In UI, That Is To Come Out On Merit List. Buh UNN-3Slots; Merit, Catchment & ELDs(bayelsa Is also an educational less developed state). Go To UNN. I'd Also Go Back To UNN Sef. I Can See The SouthWest Doesn't Favour Me. But If You Wanna Still Go For NDU, Trust Me, Dey'd Bring Your Admission Letter To You @Home With God Is Good Motors.lol UNN Or UI. Just Make The Right Decision Tho!.

Before venturing into any school, the salient point to note is the favour that may be attached. Analysisng the aforementioned schools.........
1. UNIBEN:-Regional nepotism and favouritism is pre-eminent in Uniben. They tend to favour their catchment areas more than other candidates from other region. For one to be admitted easily in Uniben, u must meet their invisible cut-off. As u can see, Bayelsa falls in the catchment area of Uniben.
UI:- she only admits based on the merit cut off. Although there is no institution void of corruption nowadays bt I can attest to the fact that UI's first list is based stricly on merit. But there is always a k-leg in their second/supplementary list. They pick candidates randomly in their supplementary list and the way they pick is still unknown to the masses. Somebody with 68 may be considered above a person with 70 with reasons best known unto themselves. But their medical college is the bomb. UI's students re collection of intellects!
UNILORIN:- despite having the fastest going academic calender and ve risen the ladder of one of the best schools in Nigeria, she has lots of flaws. Their mode of admission is still vague and blurring to me cos I dont even know whether it's merit based or long-leg based. But all the same, the school has one of the best medical colleges in Naija.

So let ur instinct lead u with an oriented mind into knowing which one to pick. Goodluck sweedy!!!

don't get ur self tensed up, uniben will take who dey want n who God has destined dem 2 take, take a look at lastyr's thread, some pple with 79 didnt get admitted while those with 5- got admitted, comfort48 wud bear me witness cos i see her viewing it sumtyms

dat of medicine used to be 65 until last year,when it shoot up to seventy sumfin.....so I guess cut off is subject to change depending on general performance
