I got mine yesterday. I it and tested it without sim card, it was working. I off it and insert my sim card and on it. Then started tested the phone until when sreen saver turn to sleep. I try pressing the power button to display the screen again but to no avail. I press the power button to switch it off but did work. Right now I can not use the power button to on or off the phone. If I remove the the battery and insert it back, it switch on automatically without one pressing the power button. Pls what will be possible cause of this and how can I solve it.

No, it works without rooting, what he needs to do is to update that version of mobile uncle.

Link to download sp tools. But I don't think you need it for your infinix hot cos I have provided the link to get the recovery.img for infinix hot so that you can back up your device in case you brick it.All you need to do is to follow what I posted.

Thanks bro, i appreciate.... Talking about infinix hot, do we have anyone using pouch? We can't leave the screen unprotected, since the phone doesn't have a pouch or flip case, then which of the existing phones have the same dimension as the phone so that we can use that instead?

It's not bricked , i have backed up my rom already, i just want to install cwm incase of raining days, just wanna have it

OK. Its sp tools you will use to flash a dead phone. Sp tools can only be used on a system

Download and install recovery tools.
Put the recovery.img which you have downloaded in the root of you memory card.
Then you open the recovery tools which you installed and click on flash other recovery and then you look for the recovery.img which you put in the root of your memory card and select it.
After you select it,it will display a prompt to flash then select yes.

I got you brother perfectly, but you don't understand me, u are explaining how to flash a phone that is not bricked while am talking about flashing a phone that is bricked, a phone that won't on normally! U should please explain how to flash a dead(bricked) phone instead. Thanks brother

Ok, meaning i will install the recovery tools on my phone then i will leave the recovery.img in the root of my memory card abi? So if it gets bricked, i will boot it into recovery by pressing together on button and volume up, that will open the installed recovery tools then i will choose flash recovery abi? Is this correct please?

No it isn't factory installed. You will download the recovery.img from the link I posted then you will flash it using recovery tools.

What about how to get cwm, or don't i need it to flash the recovery. Img anymore?

Recovery tools is an application.am not sure if its on google play but you can check.
If the phone is bricked, you can boot into recovery by pressing the power button for 2.5 secs followed by volume up button.Hold both down till you see the cwm mode screen.

Is the cwm factory installed? i. e is it pre-installed or how do we get it on our phone coz of bricking days?

3. Open the recovery tools and click on flash other recovery.

it works pretty well without rooting cos it's wat am using right nownow follow the real step and make sure u put dash in between ur T and plus

The next thing is how to get 500mb on Etisalat line now ooo coz Etisalat keep on saying that my imei is invalid, who is using the 500mb?and what's the procedure in getting it?
