• Message:On The 26th April 2013,I made an e payment to Linkserve for N2,500 activating a cpanel account for the domain GERINIGERIA.ORG/CPANEL I created.It should take only one day to create a cpanel account but mine above has taken about 15 days and still counting.I have sent 4 consecutive emails to linkserve complaining without a reply to all 4 emails.Please assist me in preventing linkserve from defrauding me.
My charges against linkserve ltd are:
1. Misrepresenting the cost of creating a 50MB cpanel account as N5,000 first payment when there website states that the first payment cost N2,500 with free e mail domain.This Misrepresentation made me pay N5,000 for 50MB account.
2. Closing my domain SFOREVERCONSULT.COM without notice and refusing to refund the extra N2,500 I was cheated of thereby forcing me to renew my domain subscription against my wish.
3. Delaying the activation of my domain GERINIGERIA.ORG/CPANEL for 15 days as at 10th May 2013 which has frustrated my contract to deliver the above domain to my client in 1 week,thereby spoiling my software business goodwill.

Remedy:
I seek a remedy of a refund of N2,500 for the domain GERINIGERIA.ORG/CPANEL and damages for the points above especially 3. which made my client angry with me for the delay and the cost of the internet browsing to seek justice.


• I was scammed of N3,750 MTN credit on the 6th may 2013 4 days ago by the bearers of mtn no 07038076247 and 07061239150 and a private number of one impersonating my cousin in the US.I reported this to the Police and MTN,they denied me justice.Please assist in meeting MTN to track down the scammers.the MTN recharge no I sent to the fraudster of no. 07038076247 are 796148798316 and 064430767645 and 381976005308.

I wonder why I was scammed the same week Linkserve refused to reply 4 of my emails.I will not reach the conclusion that they were involved in this phone scam but please for the sake of Justice, Mercy and the Fear of God.Help me investigate this scams.

I currently use glo pay as u go service where i receive mails of N51/mb charges.on this day 9/2/13,i attempted doing a 1.5mb application which from d rate above should cost N76 ,i had N110 b4 download.During d download process,i saw 'Download failed' i later checked my balance which was now N0.00.i was expecting a bal of N34 but rather i was fraudulently overcharged 4 a service dat was neva delivered.i call 121 cust care,dey said 444 will solve my problem,i then called 444,but said it is 121 dat r responsible.This attitude of defrauding someone n cust care dribbling aggrieved customers must come 2 an end.if u r also a victim,use this thread to air ur frustrations n put fraudulent telecoms providers out of business.
