We have an opening for the position of a Marketing Officer within our Organization.
The Market Officers will help to onboard new vendors to the Congratz platform (Event planning & promotion site), and provide them with all the necessary assistance required to get comfortable with using the platform

The candidate would have the following responsibilities:
· Register new vendors involved in the Events industry, in assigned market area
· Maintain relationship with vendors through regular visits/phone-calls
· Provide onsite/remote support to vendors to enable them update their profile/portfolio
· Monitor vendor and customer usage of the site, and identify potential/current issues
· Provide feedback to the Operations team on suggested process/classification updates
· Provide feedback to the Application team on any site improvements requested by vendors

The candidate would have the following skills:
· Good Verbal Communication Skills (Pidgin and English)
· Good Interpersonal Skills
· Computer Literacy and Ability to learn the Congratz platform
· (Optional) Experience in organizing events

Remunerations is about 25k per month
Part time students can also apply.

The age bracket should be between 21yrs to 35yrs
