Carrying an ID only makes things easy. Know police usually ask for first name and last name along with a date of birth to identify someone. When they put in that info. Into a database. It will pull up various match and they can start verification from there.

Not carrying an ID only makes the process cumbersome but that does not mean there was no identification and verification that will take place. Hence

Without identification or verification illegals can vote or can cast a ballot on behalf of another person.
