PoliticsRe: Seven Borno Local Councils Still Controlled By Boko Haram by CriticMaestro: 7:45am On Sep 22, 2017
The reason food and ammunitions is being dropped by helicopters is because they are scared of ambush by boko haram terrorist on the roads leading to the various locations..not because the local governments are controlled by boko haram ...the roads are simply insecure to travel on

Politicsßiafra: 10 things to learn by CriticMaestro(op):
Reason and digest these.

Ok, they say the leader of the indigenous people of biafra (IPOB) as it's widely known is Nnamdi Kanu..for reference sake let's see how Wikipedia describes him....(Wikipedia) --Nwannekaenyi "Nnamdi" Kenny Okwu Kanu (born September 1967) is a British-Nigerian[3] political activist. He is a leading member of one of several Biafran separatist organizations[4], the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), and the director of a London-based radio station Radio Biafra.[4] Kanu was arrested on treason charges in Lagos on 14 October, 2015 and was detained in a Nigerian jail without trial for more than a year-and-a-half, despite various court orders that ruled for his release. When in court, Kanu appeared regularly wearing a Jewish prayer shawl and head covering. He said in court that he "believes in Judaism" and considers himself a Jew.[5]

Now lets analyze this critically...
The first person that agitated for Biafra is no one but the late odemegwu ojukwu..now Wikipedia describes him as ...Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu (4 November 1933[1] – 26 November 2011[2]) was a Nigerian military officer and politician who served as the military governor of the Eastern Region of Nigeria in 1966 and the leader of the breakaway Republic of Biafra from 1967 to 1970. He was active as a politician from 1983 to 2011, when he died aged 78.
his early life-
what's the major differences between these two?

1) ojukwu history can be traced from its grassroots as a bonifide Nigerian that only went abroad to gain knowledge who came back and established himself in both the military and the civil society as a political figure, before (IPOB) no one really knew or heard of the man called nnamdi kanu, a man who has a British passport..if we were to believe in conspiracy theories, then we would say that he (nnamdi kanu) has been recruited by western spy agencies to cause mayhem in our beloved country.

2) How can someone that does not even base in a particular country fight for the indigenes of the said country? What moral obligation does he have to do that? As far as we know he started a business venture in the u.k that took a nose dive and collapsed..or was he trying to use the unity of Nigeria as a bargaining chip? At the expense of lives and properties to be lost.

3) for those that are claiming to be members of the so called Ipob, have they ever given any thought as to what might happen to other igbos living and prospering in various locations of the country?..According to a research, although it can't be independently verified it's been said that there are close to 4million igbos in the north, which when jointly combined have an economy as big as that of zambia..that can't be said about the hausa's or the yoruba's in the east..

4) what plans do they have for them (northern igbos) if the return back to the east? Or is their imagination telling them that the imaginary republic of biafra will be so prosperous that their won't be a poor citizen? (laughs***) Is it worth it for an igbo man that has an asset of over 1billion in naira to leave where he is just to become a refugee in the his country (biafra)?

5) Are they Igbos so united that they won't be jealous when someone from anambra or enugu or abia is trying to be the head of the region? Is there any ethnic group in Nigeria that lives in love and peace within themselves? are we really our brothers keeper? Do we help each other in bad times or times of need? So who are we kidding that separation is the best solution when we ourselves are not really united...?

6) Back to the case of nnamdi kanu, has a referendum been conducted among the southeast states and indigenes of those states nationwide and have they voted to part with Nigeria? Has he met the traditional rulers and the polithiefsians and discussed his plans with them? If No...then what gives him the right to independently start a movement that seeks breakage from Nigeria? Is that not treason? Or is the support of some illiterates and jobless youths enough for him to make that decision?

7) If during the first biafran agitation that eventually lead to a war that over 2million igbos died as result, what assurances is there that the separation will be peaceful if it wasn't in the past? History can't go wrong u know...or is the lives of millions worth it?

cool A leader should represent his people in all ramifications, any village u enter in this country knows that the igbo people are mostly Christians, and I say mostly because youths of nowadays think they are smart and believe God doesn't exist but that's by the way, The so called nnamdi kanu claims he is a Jew and strongly practice Judaism, when we well know he has never laid eyes on any Jewish scripture or has he known any rituals being done, rather he saw it as an opportunity to seek mercy from the isreali government to help him in his quest (seems like a con man to me)..which begs the question that, will the sovereignty and freedom that he proposes to be fighting for be achieved after the realization of Biafra? Or will it be another neo-colonized country?
9) Apart from leading young men to their early graves, what has he really done in the south east to help in the past decade?

10) Why did he run? Is the fight not worth it? Or is his life more precious than that of his followers who paid the ultimate price in his unjust cause, is that someone worth even paying attention to?

Finally as a black man who is proud of his race, I urge us to please tone down the hate rhetoric, lets learn to live with one another despite our differences...people always say they only way to a black's man heart is through violence..i always cry when I hear that...we call ourselves the pride and heart of Africa, so why can't we set a standard among our peers and truly be the lion of the jungle we claim to be about?
lets just stop for a moment and think about thes
