The Indian embassy in Abuja issues PCCs to Nigerians readily especially those who obtained their visas from Abuja unlike the Lagos High Commission.

Goodmorning people. Please has anyone had an experience with getting Indian PCC from Nigeria. Someone has contacted the Indian High Commission in Abuja and they said they only issue it to Indians. The person needs it urgently post ITA. Please help.

I have also been to the India high commission in Lagos and its same story, however i have a copy of India PCC issued to a friend from same place.
I want to suggest we should plan to go there together as i have another friend in same situation. They might give us audience if we are many.

Hallos Mslee...i think your suggestion is wonderful. Its unbelievable that a friend of yours obtained his/her pcc from the same Lagos High Commission which has turned down several persons wanting to obtain their pcc. Its quite unfortunate that our Indian brothers are not giving us a very good impression of themselves. I go with your suggestion. Kindly check your inbox. Am sending you an email right away.

I just got ITA and I know one of the requirements is to get PCC for all countries you have lived for up to 6months or more...I'm having challenge getting that of India....Please can anyone help with any necessary information that would help me. I have been to the India embassy in Lagos and they said they don't do it.

Good morning. I am having a similar challenge obtaining an indian pcc for my fiancee. We first visited the Indian high commission in Abuja and we were referred to the Lagos high commission to obtain it as her visas were issued in Lagos. The Lagos high commission then said they do not issue pccs to non Indians. Quite surprisingly, they referred us to the Nigerian High Commission in India. Now we are stuck. Please all those with useful information that could help one in obtaining a pcc from the indian embassy should please help out
