Good day all, I’m quite new on this platform.

I have an offer of admission for my MBA at UofT(Rotman) for fall 2021...
I intend to commence my study permit application in January/Feb (once I’m able to sort out my funding shortfalls)

Help needed: I have 2 landed properties (one for myself, and the other for my mom), however I do not have proper documentations for both lands (only family receipts from ómó onilé)...what documents do I need to get as proof of the lands, and what’s the cost estimation to get them?
