A suspect arrested by the Police has spoken on how Alex Badeh was killed.The suspect identified himself as Shaibu and he spoke in Hausa Language while being paraded by the Police.

The translation of his confession was however provided by a user of twitter who wrote that Shaibu and his accomplices had only wanted to rob the former Chief of Defence Staff, Alex Badeh, of some money they believed he was carrying with him in the car.

He wrote:

Lemme oblige u bro. His name is Shaibu from Barde. his elder brother Ciroma came from the market and told him that he got intel that old soldier(Badeh) has bought another land and would be coming to make payment so so day. They decided to waylay him and collect the money.

Those that had arms blocked the car in front while the others followed them from behind in case they try to turn. Badeh’s driver opted to charge through and ciroma opened fire on them. They opened the car and saw a lot of cash but the guy cannot confirm how much was inside

The unnamed lady who joined other revelers for an event at the bar to celebrate the festive season, had a little too many and apparently got drunk before she began her public displays.

Miss Congo Dorcas Kasinde’s wig caught fire after being crowned Miss Africa 2018.

24-year-old Dorcas Kasinde beat other contestants to win the crown. Miss Nigeria came second while Miss Zambia came third.

As Miss Congo celebrated her victory and hugged her predecessor, her wig caught fire.

Thankfully, Ebuka came to her rescue before more damage could be done.

Social media users have jokingly accused Calabar witches of being responsible. But it is believed the fire was caused by the stage flame positioned at various corners on the stage

Nigerians on social media have reacted to the viral video of President Muhammadu Buhari singing Christmas song alongside Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo and APC Chairman Adams Oshiomhole.

The President had not sung the popular Christmas jingle since his assumption of office in 2015 and most Nigerians on Twitter noted with curiosity the timing of the rendition, with the 2019 elections less than two months away.

In one of the videos shared, the voiceover of a reporter for the Nigerian Television Authority, Adamu Sambo, could be heard, noting that Buhari “does not extend such a privilege to his Muslim aides at similar religious festivities.”

A pair of six-year-old twins get married in a lavish ceremony because their parents believe they were lovers in a past life.

The young boy, nicknamed Guitar, and his sister, Kiwi, were born in September 2012 and their parents immediately knew they would have to get married.

Buddhists believe that male and female twins have ‘karma’ from relationships in a previous life and have been re-born together, because the debt has not been settled. They say that unless they’re married as quickly as possible once they’re old enough, they will experience bad luck in the future.

The twin’s father Amornsan Sunthorn Malirat, 31, and mother, Phacharaporn, 30, arranged a lavish ceremony for their children in Samut Prakan on the outskirts of Bangkok, Thailand.

Amornsan said: ‘the reason for the marriage ceremony is because we believe that both the children used to be a partners in the past life. This is a belief we have inherited from ancient people. We must arrange a wedding for the two twins as a solution to the issues they had before they were re-born. If they are married, they will live healthy and successful lives and not be sick.’

A lady who stabbed a wife who accused her of having an affair with her husband in Anambra State, is currently on the run after the incident.

The stabber, a mother of four identified as Nneka, stabbed one Nwanneka in Obosi, Anambra State, after she accused her of having a secret affair with her husband. Soldiers were spotted beating up a driver in Lagos in a video that has gone viral on social media. According to an Instagram user, the incident occurred at Victoria Island area of Lagos.

@Tyna_Iyeye further disclosed that the driver was beaten up by the soldiers over nothing and further threatened to kill him. She wrote as she shared the video;

An 85-year-old herbalist has been arrested by the Zone 2 command, Onikan, Lagos with a fresh human heart in Abeokuta, Ogun state.

The suspect, Samuel Hunsu, was alleged to be a specialist in using human parts for money rituals.

The Assistant Commissioner of Police, zone 2, AIG Lawal Shehu, said Hunsu was arrested around Oko Ireke village in Ifo area of Ogun State.

“During interrogation, he claimed that a thief was killed at Ijoko area of the state by one Abiodun who removed his heart and kept it in his possession, Shehu said.

A Lawyer reportedly assaulted a female FRSC official in Enugu and flogged her mercilessly, as captured in a video that has gone viral.

The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) National Publicity Secretary, Kunle Edun, who confirmed the incident disclosed that they are still in the process of obtaining the particulars of the ‘lawyer’ involved and his branch.

Kunle Edun further assured members of the public that the NBA, would not tolerate a situation where legal practitioners exhibit acts of thuggery and gross indiscipline in the conduct of their affairs, and bring the legal profession into disrepute.

He concluded his statement by disclosing that proper investigation shall be conducted, and members shall be informed accordingly of the the outcome of the investigation.

The yahoo boy who was identified as Solomon Attah, reportedly defrauded the white lady of over 20,000 euros (GHC 113,000) few years ago and eventually ended their relationship. However the white lady flew to Ghana with new boyfriend/husband, after they made a headway in their private investigation.

The couple who contacted the Criminal Investigations Department upon arrival in Ghana, showed up surprisingly at the house where the suspect and his accomplices lived in. The suspects who attempted to flee after they realized that their game was over, were arrested and taken down to the police station where they were paraded

It was gathered that Attah agreed to the white man’s demand of paying part or the full amount of money he extorted. The suspect who pointed at a car parked in the compound was heard saying he could sell it for 10,000 Euros—that’ll cover half of the amount.

Ugandan Singer Sanyo gets stuck in the wife of an older musician, Abdu Mulaasi after they both engaged in sexual intercourse inside a hotel.

It is reported that the young singer and his adulterous lover had finished satisfying themselves, but realised that they could not detach from each other.

Sensing danger, they reportedly called for help from the hotel employees.

They were wrapped in a bed sheet and placed on a truck and then taken round local native doctors for help.

It is further reported that the couple remained stuck until Abdu Mulaasi arrived at the scene, after hearing about the incident. But he did not appear surprised, making people suspect that he must have known already that his wife has been cheating on him.

The illicit lovers were eventually separated in the presence of Abdu Mulaasi and they could not bear the embarrassment.

A video of the entire incident was filmed and posted to YouTube and it has been receiving reactions from the public.

Though Facebook user John did not give the exact location of the incident, however it was gathered that the couple were sent away after they were embarrassed. While some social media users supported the move by residents of the area, others maintained that the couple did nothing wrong and shouldn’t have been shamed since they are both adults.
