most of this Offerup sellers will sell phone to you and and then will go and report it stolen so as to claim insurance. Was chatting with one about 3days back. The guy was so desperate when I ask why he was like he want to claim insurance. And I now asked so you will report the phone stolen to claim insurance he said yes but after one month. I just said ok. you can’t make calls with iPad unless you jailbreak but you can receive texts. What error do you get when you try to use hotspot?
