[b][/b] GOD BE PRAISED AS I SAVED A HOUSE FROM BEING RAISED DOWN BY FIRE IN ABUJA, FCT.
I am a Nigerian and so much believe in the project called Nigeria. Our problem in this blessed nation is squarely that of bad leadership. With the right people in the right places, Nigeria can be a place we all can be proud of despite our tribal affiliations.
The incident happened this evening at about 5:30PM as I was on my way back home haven honored an appointment. Getting closer home where I stay I saw a house on fire and people gathered without remedy and knowing what to do. Seeing such a situation and imagining what the situation would look like seeing a whole building raised down by fire in these hard times.
I quickly ran to an Eco Bank within the vicinity, met the policeman on duty told him I needed the number of the Federal Fire Service that a house is on fire. Good and fair enough he had it and he obliged me. I immediately called the Federal Fire Service, to my greatest surprise and all standing by, within 10 minutes of my call the Fire Service landed not even with one truck but three and quenched the fire, hmmmmm, could this be in Nigeria!!! was the exclamation on the lips of all and sundry standing by.
Nigerian could actually be a place we can proudly call home, we are blessed with the vast human and natural resources required to be one of the world powers, but we all know our problems. I believe that despite all the problems bedeviling us as a nation, all hope is not lost; Nigeria is redeemable only if we are committed in heart, body and soul, Nigeria is redeemable only if ethnicity can be eschewed, for during that inferno that would have engulfed the house, Nigerians came out despite tribe and affiliation, at the end Nigerians were happy that no life was lost, despite the little damage of about 10% on the entire building.
We all should come out and make Nigeria great again, we can make it, it is not impossible, it is achievable. As my brother and friend FCC Jones Onwuasoanya would say “Let Nigeria Prevail”.

Gentlemen there is a dangerous trend now. Banks now sell new currencies and issue bad currencies to customers. The worst now is that Banks no longer receive bad currencies to send to CBN to trash them. They also sieve the currencies and reject bad ones.
My wife had a nasty experience at one Eco Bank Branch in Owerri. She made a withdrawal and wanted to pay into her brother in the same bank. The teller in receiving the money rejected some on grounds it was a counterfeit or fake currency. They were shocked my wife insisted she just cashed it from the counter in the same Bank. They were howevever subdued by her argument and retrieved their fake currency.
I am one of those who are always in a hurry. I dont count huge especially when stashed in bundles because of trust. Time after time I have paid up to my clients for short payments in currencies stashed in bundles for my failure to count at the point of receipt.
I have told my customers to please go cashless. Ask for my account while in the Bank and transfer easy. But customers refuse insisting to withdraw and always bring cash to me.
Picture 3 is a fake currency rejected by my bank. It was meticulously picked out and rejected after I lodged stashed monies collected from customers for payment to the owner.
Today a customer just came out with cash from one of the Banks and out of the three Bundles of N1000 notes two was good. But one was like a collection of all antiquated collated bad currencies from that branch. The currencies were either fake, too old or badly mutilated. See pictures 1, 2 and 4.
This dangerous trend by our young bank workers is becoming alarming. They keep bad currencies and interchange them while at work and shift the liability. This is their own means of surviving as casual staff at the expence of the rest of us.
Pls draw the attention of all and sundry so we can stop this mess.
Please don't be in a hurry in banks. Please pick out old currencies right their at their counters cos they are the people who select currencies nowadays. Please reject any currency you do not like. Don't pity them.
Above all, let us go cashless pls.

Today is Sunday......do not sell.

I came home on Thursday 30th November 2017 to hear the sad new that my sister's phone got stolen...She accepted the theft in good fate and moved on with her life not knowing that another calamity is looming.


NOTE:
#Her number is connected to her bank account.
#She leaves account debit and credit alerts on her phone.
#Although its an android phone,she isn't a fan of Lock Codes,so her phone was open.

After 2 days,she went to the ATM to withdraw money from her diamond bank account that was connected with the stolen phone,but she received the shock of her life when she saw -INSUFFICIENT FUND-,on checking her Account balance she discovered that her Hard earned 30k was gone......

After much inquire from people, I got to know that diamond bank Vtu procedures doesn't not have a provision for PIN or CODE before the transaction can be carried out......WHICH MEANS THE GUY THAT STOLE THE PHONE RECHARGED FROM MY SISTER'S DIAMOND BANK ACCOUNT WITH EASE,which is never possible when you are banking with top notch banks(UBA,FIRST BANK,ZENITH)


This just concluded my assertion that Diamond bank is only for kids.....The ain't serious in anyway.

THIS SHOULD BE AN EYE OPENER TO ALL.
NEVER LINK YOUR NUMBER TO YOUR diamond BANK.

If you live in VGC you may have come across his convoy, a Hilux filled with mean looking policemen in the front and another Hilux full of police behind. His favorite car is a Mercedes G63 Brabus which has no registration number beyond the word “Brabus” on it (it’s not the personalized shit o, dude is just too big to register his car), squeezed between the Hiluxes and other luxury cars.

You might be mistaken to think it’s President Buhari’s convoy as you are not allowed to overtake, those who have made that mistake nearly never lived to tell the story. The occupant is no president, no governor, not the Senate President not even an LG Chairman but an ordinary citizen called JULIAN OSULA (the bearded guy in the picture below).

Julian boasts about his power, and his police convoy will convince any doubter. He claims to be “very close” to Patience Jonathan and that even if The Jonathan’s are out of power his influence can never wane. But Julian for all his braggadocio is a simple trader. He sells luxury wristwatches to the high and mighty and Patience Jonathan was one of his biggest customers. He was one of the newly minted Niger Delta billionaires that sprung up last administration.

Well this story is about what Julian and his police guards have done to ordinary citizens who dare overtake his convoy on public roads. The screenshot on the right is from a victim who claimed he pulled a gun on him on the road and they beat him up but let me talk about the one I know (the one on the left is about this case)

On Wednesday night, GBENGA ADEKOYA was going home to his family in VGC after a hard day’s job when he negotiated his Land Cruiser to overtake the slow moving convoy ahead of him. Almost fatal error, as soon as he did, a Hilux filled with Mopol crossed him, blocked him, hit his car with gun butts, dragged him out, beat the shit out of him and sprayed some chemical in his eyes.

The “big man” in the convoy was enjoying the show from his car. Gbenga was taken to the hospital and has now been flown abroad struggling not to lose his eyesight. A petition has been written against OSULA to the IGP, but Osula’s relationship with the top echelon of the Police is watertight and the petition may not see the light of day.

I am through this medium calling the attention of the FG, all law enforcement agencies, the Lagos State Government and any other responsible body to arrest and prosecute OSULA. They also need to explain to us how an ordinary citizen can use policemen paid for by tax payers to harass and endanger these same tax payers on roads built by their taxes.

WE WANT JUSTICE FOR GBENGA ADEKOYA, TODAY.
