Ozor claimed he didn't know Mikky picked up the laptop. But like Mikky always does, he posted this pick up even reference to who the pick up was made for.

That aside, the brother asking to be put in Ozor's shoe; how about you also put yourself in Mikky's shoe. Having to drive miles to meet up with a seller on the request of the buyer. With confirmation words like "I'll transfer everything" and sort why wouldn't I move along.

Mikky still told you while he was there, that him and oyibo dey wait oooo and you said nothing. There is no point in the transaction maybe you realized your transfer is not working and said "oh Mikky abort the deal"

even when he's made the pick up and contacted you, you still said "gimme some minutes" c'mon bro, Mikky hasn't done evil trusting you to hold up your end of the deal and it wouldn't make any sense since you already told him to get on the way to reach there, collect Lapi from oyibo, look and turn back when it's not like you informed him immediately to not make the pick up coz you wouldn't be able to pay.

I would think Na just minor challenges with your otp which you will resolve later and post the funds so yeah, since I have the funds I'll pick it up so wouldn't have to start driving down again.

So truth be told, you lead Mikky on, and somewhat trying to back off way too late.

Even in business, we need humanity and I should say it's people and situations like this that make good people quite untrusting no more. It would be stern and harsh on you if you really needed that deal so bad and Mikky turned back coz of the challenges you were having with your otp and didn't make the pick up and you lost the deal.:. You will still come here and claim Mikky is too harsh and cite how many times you've done business with him.

So brother, I don't think trying to appeal on people's sympathy here is the best choice. Rather, you could ask or get some pictures of the laptop and advertise on here or anyway to see if you can get a buyer who pays Mikky his money and the whole stuff is resolved

this our Nigerian PayPal which depends on our card's credit and not PayPal funds has some sort of advantage.

From my experiences, if a seller sends you an inappropriate funds, it will be backcharged within a week or 2 weeks because the owner of the account will be alerted by the bank other email or sms.

Looking at your case, it shows it was not backcharged but was removed because your paypal account got limited and paypal took some cleanup from other accounts who sent you money and got limited as well.

I am not saying you shouldn't go for your money but bear it in mind that the person who sold the funds to you some months ago ( as you said ) didn't asked for the refund and always how do you want him to pay for the money as well, because from the time you said, business was sealed months ago.

It's common paypal mathematics.

I have seen such cases and at the end, it's still the same policy of paypal. It would have been better if the account is open but paypal has new way and that is not allowing limited and suspicious account to be view by the owner.

This lecture is not for you only but people going to have paypal tomorrow to have that at the back of their minds.

I saw this thread while searching for paypal account and fund.

It has happened to me in various times, paypal are strict forever, they will make you see people as scammer. This is always possible if your account got limited.

Once it's limited, they will start investigating all the transaction that went through your account and then perhaps remove and also return some to the person who sold funds to you, without the seller asking for refunds.

This incident is usually occurs if the 2 parties accounts has been limited and closed for life.

Paypal can kill someone within a second
