SC court only stated that its only a court of competent jurisdiction that can declare their seats vacant and until that happens they retain their seats.

They want to create a trap for Fubara to fall into. By suspending sitting indefinitely, Fubara won't be able to present the budget and activities of the state will be put on hold. If he spends money that hasn't being approved, that is a clear impeachable offense. They are choking Fubara and making it nearly impossible for him to govern.
