No one is attempting to justify anything. Customers can be like that, and yes, it feels frustrating most of the time. But then again, an understanding abh how customers are an integral part of ur business keeps u patient attempting to help them as much as u can, and also doing everything within ur power to not overwork urself.

Some customers who don’t buy today might end up buying after 3years as far as u attend to them politely and keep them posted. That customer might end up becoming one of ur biggest customers eventually. My experience, BTW.

Attitude is like a smoke that can never be covered for so long. Of a truth, one’s attitude determines the altitude one can reach in life. I once advised that guy, futurefocus to work on his attitude to people as I see that as his major hindrance to making it big time in his online business but he ended up rewarding me with insults and curses after making a purchase from him and leaving the items with him for over two months.
There’s no doubt he sells good items but he’s a ticking time - bomb when you are dealing with him. Patient is an indispensable attribute of any business person. In this faceless forum, you have no idea of the caliber of people that might be interacting with you. And the unfortunate thing with him is that he will never acknowledge that he has wronged his customer and apologize or even try to make up for his wrongdoing.
Finally, I wish you can have a rethink of the ill manners of addressing your customers whenever there’s a payment delay or complaint about your goods. I hold nothing against you and I might still patronize you in future when you eventually change for good. #Peace

The sokoto guy was correct, he said he was drinking and he would send money later but kept me in suspense without sending the money, I reminded him , only for him to became aggressive , insulted me and blocked, so I fired back via text messages, I won’t lie

My firing back wasn’t an insult per say, it was kinda casual joke like,

“ drinking in sokoto, let hisbah catch you”

He didn’t recognize it as a joke and sent me a reply calling me a fool and I just laughed.

This guy never appreciates me, he will buy things of 20k, I will have to spend my money to Iddo or send a rider from Lekki to do his Waybill

the guy get issues honestly. I'm a vendor here, people can come to my DM,ask for photos and detailed video of what they want. I will take my time to explain to them and they will even call on the phone. It could go on for almost a week or two and they will still go elsewhere to buy. I wouldn't hold it against them but continue to deliver for the people who have paid me. In some cases, they will circle back after the first deal didn't work out.

This guy has this entitled mindset that whoever bargains must buy. He advertised one Anker speaker that I really liked and I made enquires but at that particular time, I don't have enough disposable funds to purchase.
I only asked him if he can have something like that by the weekend only for him to say that I am spoiling his business that why should I expect him to have same item for that long.
This is someone who I have bought items over eight times. Sometimes I pay him to get me a particular something whenever it's available.
He threatened to block me and I shunned him and blocked him instead and deleted his number. He can continue with his business without insulting me and still be profitable without me buying.
But such stupid attitude is something I can not tolerate from him or anyone especially if I am the one paying you

I have gave Atlis 3 people the dude's contact n they all bought some stuffs from him..i never told him anything cus evn if I do he will not pay me..but d day I asked him to give me like some minute lemme finish watching match n finish my drink before I cn transfer the money..na so d man begin calld me names like am not serious he evn deleted his account number quickly. FutureFocus could be many things, but he is not a criminal or fraudulent. I have bought a couple of things from him and I got value for my purchase. He even has my money for my next purchase and he has been the one following us up.

Calling someone fraudulent or criminal is an extreme accusation and should only be done if you have verifiable infallible proofs. The fact that you have internet access and this is a faceless forum doesnt not give you the leeway to act irresponsibly. Nigeria is not an entirely lawless country and justice can still be served hot. Even if you are overseas, you can still be dealt with within the ambits of the law if the other party is motivated enough
