According to my friend working there, if you have been asked to present your picture then you are most likely being employed.
The issue with them is that their recruitment process now is slow. I wrote the test Feb 2019 and I was not called for interview, I was called by there HR if I can work in Ghana which I told them yes... And I never heard from them again.

Had to sit for this last test again.

Company like FMN can ghost you for up to a year after interview, only to sent congratulatory email out of nowhere. It took my guy some time to actually recall he had an interview with them months back. Lagos traffic company
