IamLEGEND1: Jon's heritage comes to light and all that talk about the king in the north will die down. That's why I think the northern lords preferring Sansa is good right now as she will be the best option to rule the north, Jon has got bigger fish to fry.
Littlefinger don reach him end, that one na for sure. The northern lords would rather bend the knee to TNK than follow 2 Targayens. meanwhile sansa is just LFs puppet. Next episode if he no die ehn, i will kill him myself |

IamLEGEND1: I meant riding on horseback. Dany's dragons fast gan. But yeah..... The northerners will most likely attack her than listen to what she has to say. Especially when they see two dragons.... They'll assume it's an invasion. Those guys too stubborn. yes i understand you, guess i didn't write well earlier. Danny riding horseback will take long, also flying with the dragon she can't take many with her. I pray LF is dead b4 Jon returns to convince the northern lords or he will play Sansa against Jon. |

IamLEGEND1: Winterfell is landlocked,so they'll have to come ashore and ride inland on horses while they still have dangerous cargo with them. That'll not be a wise move.... Unless of cause they'll just hitch a ride on drogon and freak the shit_out of the northerners in the process.....which is not a first impression you want to make.
But it'll definitely be interesting to see how Jon gets the northern lords on dany's side. oh true, Danny riding will take too long, with the dragon she can't take many. besides it will be too dangerous for only her and Jon to come to Winterfell. maybe kinds landing first then fly North with her army. After Dorne, the northerners are very stubborn and proud, they won't gree for danny. they still remember her father |

IamLEGEND1: Even na on top wheelchair pesin dey and scorching hot babe yarn you say she wan catch the D....... You give it to her just the way she wants it and make her call you daddy.
But seriously, it all depends if they make a stop at Winterfell..... Jon gatz introduce him new girlfriend to the fam..... But i doubt it. Sam is one of the most level-headed characters in the show & smart enough to understand that they were casualties of war....I don't see him overreacting And I think he's headed for Winterfell too. i was thinking dey should both go to Winterfell, seeing as Jon still have to make the other northern lords follow Danny(another gbege). Jon will now be known as the king who bent the knee just like King Torrhen Stark back then also to a Targayen. Sam may not take it well, he may hate he's father but it's still hes father who danny killed wen she could have jailed him with he's brother. Remember Jon advised Danny against going. make we dey look sha |

IamLEGEND1: We just have to wait and see how they represent time in the next episode, i guess. If Jon has recovered enough to be at the meet and greet, then that's a reasonable amount of time...... And the whole dothraki don't have to be there.... Who needs that when you've got two giant dragons. And I really hope Jon meets bran too....and i'm curious as to where Sam is headed as well. if Jon is well recovered to give is aunty the D, then he's well enough to meet Bran i must say i didn't expect Sam to leave the citadel, Winterfell is the only place he can go. i wonder what will be Jon reaction wen he finds out Danny killed Sam's father and Brother.. |

IamLEGEND1: Anyone who says Gendry ran back in an hour was probably not paying attention to the passing of time. Actually, I think the time jumps will return to normalcy now that everything has been set up. This season had the unenviable task of bringing characters together from far and wide..... A suspension of disbelief was necessary for the story to come together in 7 episodes. So maybe with (almost) everyone of the main players now on the same page.... We'll get a more realistic representation of time and distance. why is said next episode will be worse is, Danny going to kings landing, the unsullied and the dothraki too. if dey all move to kings landing first den dey also have to March to the wall. I also expect Jon in Kings Landing, he still needs to meet Bran imo |

Cybertext: I'm not disputing your points. ... based on the map Dragonstone is far from east watch.... but since they didn't tell us from the beginning that this is the size of the map and this is the distance per miles (in the show not books), then its left for our imaginations.
I can only criticise if from season one a raven travelled from the wall to Kingslanding for 48 hours and now its less than a minute. dat they didn't tell don't matter, so far it's the same map as from the book (case point: the opening sequence) the distance has to be same. they only expect us to suspend our believes as the time jumps to easily get the characters to where dey need to be. |
TV/Movies › Re: Game Of Thrones Season 7 Episode 6 Discussion (Terrible Spoilers!) by Dalek(m): 8:54am On Aug 18, 2017 |
IamLEGEND1: I agree. When we met them, they were so far into the north that even the wall was out of sight. Pesin fit cover that kyn distance in an hour? Wally west go struggle to achieve that goal. with the wall so high, anyone on top will be able to see that distance. Gendry running that fast na scam. next episode the time jumps will be worse. |
TV/Movies › Re: Game Of Thrones Season 7 Episode 6 Discussion (Terrible Spoilers!) by Dalek(m): 8:48am On Aug 18, 2017 |
Cybertext: Yea I believe talking about plot is different from unnecessary criticism. ..some peeps are now GM of IMDB , rotten tomatoe etc...
@bolded it's a fantasy tale you don't expect everything to fall in line with reality. .. we don't know how fast a raven flies or the top speed of a dragon. .. we also don't know the miles (distance) between eastwatch and that mountain where gendry ran from ( to me it might be less than 5miles to you it could be way more).
We don't know the distance from Dragonstone to eastwatch in the show... all we know is what we see and imagine for ourselves.
The book is quite different from the show even though there are a lot of similarities. the only unnecessary criticism i see here are the Sansa kinds. we know it's fantasy, the show runners made it known that time jumps will be frequent now (started with varys last season finale). we don't need to know the distance, the wall is far to kings landing, dragonstone is farther. check the map. |
TV/Movies › Re: Game Of Thrones Season 7 Episode 6 Discussion (Terrible Spoilers!) by Dalek(m): 8:41am On Aug 18, 2017 |
IamLEGEND1: I think Jon and team spent over a day surrounded by the Wights.
Jon and the crew were walking slowly and talking when traveling and Gendry set off for eastwatch in double time....... for him to arrive eastwatch after running 10hrs is sound. A raven can be in dragonstone from eastwatch in half a day and realistically dragons of the sizes we see in GoT can travel at least 300-350miles/hr, maybe faster. So, theoretically dany can make two or three round trips to Eastwatch in a day from dragonstone. I don't see a total breakdown of logic like some people seem to think. well said, i only had issue with the guys saying dey trekked for one hr from eastwatch b4 gendry ran back. its just too close. if the army of the dead is just an hr from the wall, then all chips are down. Jon snow merry band were on that rock for close to a day. |
TV/Movies › Re: Game Of Thrones Season 7 Episode 6 Discussion (Terrible Spoilers!) by Dalek(m): 8:14am On Aug 18, 2017 |
Cybertext: Some People are just here "whinging" about loopholes and plotholes... (this is a fantasy show remember? )
Someone earlier said how did Gendry run back so fast and got to the east watch easily. ... forgetting that the suicide squad were trekking and gisting from east watch up to the mountain with a pointed arrow head (the one the hound saw in the fire).
The walk was within a day obviously looking at the sun during the walk (it might be a hour walk more or less from east watch no one knows).
The lake where the suicide squad were trapped could have taken several hours (i think it was even overnight), to solidify for it not to break again.
Those Wight were even all on sleep mode before uncle clegane went on stoning party.
My point is watch the plot and enjoy it stop looking for unnecessary plot holes... just enjoy the show and stop whining around. overnight you say?? So Gendry ran so fast enough to eastwatch, sent a raven so fast to DragonStone, Danny flew so fast from Dragonstone too all in one night? GRRM said Westeros is as big as South America, the time jumps just don't make sense. no one is whining, talking about the holes are part of enjoying the show imho |

IamLEGEND1: We haven't seen snow in dragonstone either, which I think is a bit to the north than king's landing.(I stand to be corrected) so from all indications..... There just isn't any snow in king's landing in the show's world. actually dragonstone is not far off from kings landing.. going by latitude they are on the same line. Gendry never ventured North tho, do its plausible he hasn't seen snow |

IamLEGEND1: After Cersei nuked their asses in the Sept..... I doubt the faith of the seven is what it once was. Even Cersei doesn't consider them threat enough to give a fuck_about their opinion so much that she's ready to tell the world that's she's fucking_her TWIN BROTHER and is carrying his child. Maybe if Jon had known before traveling down to dragonstone.....then maybe he'll have switched off his_Horny-o-meter on time..... But now..... With the way those two have been having intense eye sex,i doubt they'll stop even after they know. Cersei na bastard, i have a feeling she's playing Jaime, wch will lead to her death in his hands (the prophesy). IamLEGEND1: a surprising amount of the houses in westeros are actually related and marry relatives..... Because even the Baratheons are related to the Targaryens ...... Tywin married his cousin I think.
Jon and Dany's situation isn't that much different. i know about the Baratheons line coming from Aegon bastard half brother. didn't know about tywin tho. why i said dey risk non acceptance is becos of the faith of seven(faith militants) are known to despises such relationship. I know Jon and Danny will do the do, but if dey know b4 hand i kinda doubt dey would sha. |

IamLEGEND1: She was brought up different? For where? I remember Viserys handling her_boobs like it was nothing back in the 1st episode of season 1 and she didn't even flinch. So you wan tell me say normal brother and sister dey komot each other clothes come twist_nipples join? And viserys did the logical thing by selling her off to drogo in exchange for his khalasar...... Of what use will it be if he married her? They'll just fade into obscurity and their house forgotten. So all things considered, jon and dany are the least grossest related couple in GoT right now. By the time Jon receives that information He'll be neck deep in that magnetic khaleesi pussy_and it'll be too late to turn back.
Maybe she'll even get pregnant..... Who knows? all im saying is if dey both know dey are related, i doubt both of them will do it (maybe Danny sha) but Jon will think about it. seeing has both of them have been a moral point for this show. You know not all of westeros support the Targayen intra-marriage scheme, dey both risk non acceptance. i understand im just looking at it this way but this is GOT anything goes |
