Don’t be in a haste, why not multiply that 150k by investing it in a good biz? If you exhaust that 150k on say foundation, how long will it take you to save for blocks to propel the property to lintel level?

This is not revenge if you’re asking nairalanders for 1 block or 2.

Retain the hurt in you, so it can fuel your energy to wanna succeed by all means.

I'm not revenging on anybody, I've wanted to start this years ago maybe by now d house would have been ready, but d money will just go another way...The land we have is already threatened as nothing has been done on it and sir mum is getting older day by day, I believe God will manifest Himself in the long run....All I need is to start

My plan about getting my mum her own house about to start materializing.....A short story about us.

I have a plan to build a small bungalow for my mum to enable her to leave d family house she's currently staying

My dad accommodated his brothers into his house before his death and they've been staying for years before his death, after his death it was war as they made sure they divided the house and gave my mum just two rooms out of the house... I wanted to react but she begged me not to allow anyone to harm me because of property...she has been managing the two rooms given to her since 8 yrs ago my dad died...

I finished my nysc two years ago but was unable to secure a job, though I promised myself to find any legal means to build a small bungalow in the land we buried my dad to enable my mum leave where she currently stayed which have turned into a family house...

I labored and toil day and night, to gather something to at least start, the coronavirus gave me a setback but as I came home for Xmas, I told my mum i want to start developing the land even if it is the foundation I can do with the 150k I saved, its still part of it, she was so happy to the extent she couldn't control her tears, I joined her cos it's been long i saw her happy like this...

We have two loads of sand and one load of gravel stone on the land that we got 4 years ago...

I just hope 150k can do the foundation and I pray God bless me with good job so I can continue from there next year........

Nairanlanders pls motivate me and if you can support me even with only one block I will appreciate it... My mum will appreciate it too..

I feel fulfilled and happy to do this...

I will kip updating this thread as we proceed in the project.

Pegging of the site has been done today, digging of the foundation will start in earnest tomorrow....I've decided to get someone to manually mold the block, it is economical.
