From my forecast,oau are following the same sequence of event...
1. Last year form was postponed twice,same as that of this year.
2. This year form will close on the 16th,same as that of last year.
3. Examination was written on the 22nd and 23rd of last year.
4. Can we now guess when this year own will be written?
