First off the screen size has to go 17inch is big and good but if you are talking mobility 15.6 is just perfect

Since you aren't getting what you want from HP why not try Dell since its brand new

Which is not wise to me considering you can get
Some other laptop that can be upgraded beyond it i.e 1-2TB hdd/32GB ram with a little above the 130k budget

Not possible on HP with 17inch on that budget
But possible with the specs on dell no difference is the screen size which is 15.6 inch not 17


A budget of 145/150k can get you the full specs on dell not HP brand new

The same thing applies to HP so be specific on the particular model cuz I might just mistake it for another model

You need a laptop with graphics card
And a laptop that can guarantee rendering in minutes not hours...they are usually expensive though.... Many mistake a gaming laptop for architectural laptop i.e revit,3d Max etc I do have a few on my thread check them out
