Good morning engineers.. Please I have an aser s200e laptop. It refuses to boot and when it does it keeps hanging I tried restoring through safe mode yet it still hangs. Please what can I do.. Thanks

If Windows 8, refresh your computer.

If Windows 7, see if you can do a System Restore from Safe Mode.

Pls av been tryin to restore but it keeps hangin both in safe mode and normal mode. pls help am so so confused now

What operating system?

What happens when you boot into Safe Mode?

he said he reinstalled d software and cleaned d harddisk
Its a 64 bit os
it shows something about recovery and boots witout hitches into safe mood. it also states its not d driver. PLS HELP !
