You can search from now till the end of next year for a block of 4 flats in ajah for 16mil and you would never find one. Your budget is way way too low. If you wanted a unit of 2 or 3 bedroom bungalow then you could get one for 16mil. Even a 4 bedroom duplex goes for close to 45mil in ajah not to talk about a block of 4 flats. Maybe you would be able to find something in ikorodu or badagry. Cheers

I was not praising myself but trying to get people to understand the truth. Also they needed to know that the person who is actually offering this positive criticism is a member of the body of Christ. Also you need to note Romans 8;16. A true child of God can know when he is standing right with God and when he isnt by the help of the Holy spirit.

I was not trying to praise myself but just stating the obvious truth.
