2. Buyer do a letter to the seller proving his ability to pay for the product, this is to be written by buyer's bank on his behalf.
3. Seller issues Marine ATB and Naval clearance for the buyer's men to board and confirm the product on Nigerian waters. If the QnQ is to be done on international waters, an instrument will be raised before the vsl sails for QnQ destination.
4. On confirmation of product, the buyer pays N25m, deductible, for logistics. The Manager's cheque for this would have been issued on getting the matb n clerance, scanned copy can be given to the seller and original on confirmation.
4. Once QnQ report is gotten, payment and exchange of documments and re charter of vsl is consummated.
