U people are the cause of ur problem. E cost wahala, e cheap still wahala. Like u prefere all those greedy dealers. A car which cost around 2.2m to bring down here, y can't someone sell @2.4m

Poor floor plan. The anteroom is totally useless since is cant serve the purpose of giving the palour privacy. If you can't access the rooms, without going tru the palour, then i don't see the essence of the anteroom.Tnx

300-400k could do dt thing am seeing there. D quotation is high. 30-40 bags of cement, 2 trips of sand , 1 trip of gravel, 8lengths of 12mm rod, 1,500 blocks at most and 30-50k labour cost can comfortably achieve dt. So u can check d cost of dis materials urself .
