I was at your shop last week Friday, I came due to some laptops I saw online, but to say the fact am highly disappointed with the way and manner I was attend to, the guys I meet at the shop does not even care if a new customer is around or not, I came from ikorodu, I have to find my way out when I discovered that you guys are not customer friendly.

Thanks for your review, this is to make us know our weaking point and tight it up. Well there is only one reason why this may happen, it not that we intentionally don't care if you are a new customer. It might be that there were other customers that came before you which warrant you to wait so we can finish with first come till it gets to your turn because our shop is always busy. Have gone through more of your comments, from my understanding the two recent issues was made known to me already even before coming here and we have draw a fixing roll for it.

As for the mini, if you should ask him he can confirm it to you how patience i have been with him due to his one after the other issues that affect him. He is able to return the laptop just on friday-saturday over months now i have ask him to bring it but still i collected it, but he didn't acknowledge that here. As we have aggreed, i told him to drop the laptop that i will try to sell the laptop before tuesday and send him his money immediately i sell it.

For the second complainant. It was not today i have asked her to come back since the first day she complain that the wifi is not ok. I ask her to bring it back so we can have it fix for her but unfortunity she keep using it all this while. After some weeks she called me again that she try to close it and it didn't and i asked her to come but still didn't show up till yesterday when she called me again.

For those who claim to be Nairaland Psychologist without degree, pls if you are short of words better look for the next thread.

If you expect to see a business that doesn't have complaints then you are still a baby with amature brain because even Gari business there will still be complaints. For all of you information, Nairaland Psychologist precisely. Note that the once complaining here are not the only person's we have sold laptops to.

Even the complainer above didn't get my contact from nairaland, i am sure she search my number here. so would thousands of people buying from us would have done if they are having hard issues. Go and check on JUMIA, KONGA even on AMAZON and EBAY, if you didn't see bad review on them then come back and criticise me.

As for our costumers with one or two issues, you can always count on us by reporting back to us at our shop and we promise we will put all posible best to be of help and have your issue fix if posible. Thanks

yes we have lot of laptops, just visit and you will see them all. and they are all tested. you have even more than 8 hours to test what you are buying.

You made a false comment that your brother didn't hear you yet he thought within himself that the bloody laptop you sent me was what I paid for. So the rubbish you sent to me wasn't working, but it miraculously started to work when I came to Lagos, lies to keep my money. Was the laptop 100% functional when you sent it? The rubbish had no battery and charger, did your brother tell you he did any repairs on it before he collected it? So I told you I was in a hurry, yet I was the one giving you time. another person confirmed it here, you keep sending pictures of laptops you don't have, when I requested for a fresh laptop as if nothing happened in the first instance, what laptop did you send me? When I got to the shop was it available? You said the one we bargained for and the one you sent were same price and your brother asked me to add additional 10k that's after he confirmed the laptop you claimed was faulty was not faulty. I had to beg and beg and beg before he collected 6k from me. So that's the good business model you have?? Should I show you what I bought from computer village with good batteries and charger? You guys are scams and you can't proof me wrong.

The two question i ask you didn't answer any. if we are scammers did you get a laptop at all? it was who you sent that even confirm that the laptop is no longer working when he is returning, which mean smething has gone wrong with it. less to say you never mentioned it to me.
The question still remain, did you get a laptop? did you come to our shop and saw laptops? is that how scammers operate? you just bought a laptop of 25k and u are calling us scammers thinking our customer are all from nairaland because u got something wrong, while we spend moe than 2m in ordering for laptops and sometimes get something wrong and never called them scammers. even on abey and amazon they sometime misakenly send someting wrong to buyer, the best you can do is return it l and if it stilk in stock they will change it. u are getting me mad and at this point i can say get out and damn who so ever think as kid like you. see my friend we have lot of retailers customers so we don't really care who comes from nairaland or not.

Hello good day everyone, though it been a while i have time to come online here, went on a little travel before. It was yesterday a customer make it known to me that he saw some bad comment on this thread. It obvious that when some of you got what you want you don't bother to come back here to appreciate it but at the time you got something different you started complaining and posting comments here. These is naija, i do understand.

Again from the previous comments i notice that some people are following these thread not because they want to buy any thing but just to see the end of the thread by hearing we are scammers, lol sorry to disappoint such people because we are not and will never be.

@Jahstech i do appreciate that you came here to drop your review, which is the strength of every business. But the idea of calling me a scammer is not acceptable, becase i am not and you knew it.

While reading the complaint comments, i was expecting him to say i scammed him, but still he didn't say that.

I have just two question for him, did he got a laptop from us or he paid without seeing a laptop? was the laptop tested for his so called brother or not? will someone who wanted to scam you bring you to his/her shop or even send you the item?

These is my own part of the story, the fact remain that we are not scammers and will never be one.

These ungentle customer requested to buy a laptop, he paid to our account when his so claimed brother was in our shop. It happened that i was at our other shop in ladipo when his brother came. I called my brother to give him Hp 6510b which he requested for, it was unfortunately that my brother didn't hear me right and went and gave him the Hp NX series, same amount but deferent laptop. i was never aware of these till he called me that he has returned the laptop. I was even unhappy with the whole thing and quared my brother for that, and apologise to JAHSTEC over the issue and promise to have it resolve. At the return point the one he requested for was not available at that time, i pleaded with him to exercise little patient while we expect our new item but insisted that he is selling the laptop and therefore he needed it urgently. He decided to sent his brother some amount to add in other to get the higher version. At the time his brother came to add the money and get the higher version, we discovered that the one he is returning is no longer working at all, at that point we are to refuse the laptop and ask what happen to it because the laptop was working fine at the time he bought it. But we only told him that since the one he is returning is no longer working, the amount he will add will be 10k because we don't know if it will even work again, these is act of consideration for we accepting the lost all for him not to feel too bad. The worst thing is that he never mentioned it to me that the laptop is no longer working untill the person who return it say so. My mind was like no wonder he is in haste have it change fast. After making it known to him of adding 10k to get another laptop since the one his is returning is no longer, the person he sent left and in few days later he came himself. ask him if he didn't still add it.

As for the transfer he said he did while in our shop, if you are a business someone, and customer make a transfer without you receiving the the alert immediately, would you tell the customer to go with the item? what if the transfer revert? these has happened severally. You know our shop but we don't know your house. @JAHSTECH our business doesn't rely on any body on Nairaland, and we are not scammers so stop nagging with bad words.

The complaint pain rely on the fact that he has to travel all the way from delta to lagos, which was on his own wish, and the fact that we have to ask him to wait while we confirm his transaction which was the proper thing to do.

Last but not the least, buying a laptop from us is never an issue, and we are not a scammer. These are electronics and any thing can happen. We may have 80 customers a day and two of these customer will return complaints while others are happy with what they boughtp. It not only with us, check on amazon, jumia and konga even, you will notice these still happen there. That doesn't make them scammers.

If you feel that we are not attending to customer properly as you might have wanted, these is because we always have a lot of customers at a time, those who have been to our shop will confirm that, if we should leave a customer you met us attending to and attend to new customer, that first come customer will feel bad as well. That is why we ask some customers to wait for us to finish with those who came first. Lagosians are always busy, this is what brings the mindset that we are not attending to them properly.

Least i forget, he stated i am not the owner of the shop, well i won't be proud about that, but even if i am working with the shop as marketer or even sales rep, is there a crime?

Atleast i'm even helping others, i know of many people who have benefited because of these post by spending less, we are selling at wholesale price even to end users, all our laptops are tested. isn't you who gain by buying what you are suppose to buy from people who also bought from us?. If we are selling a laptop @30k, consider it that you will get that laptop nothingless than 55K in computer village because some of them there are buying from us.

So for those who are here to see the end of these thread, just keep waiting, even if i should decide ending these thread it will never be of bad name, i am not a scammer, If you know i scammed you then come out and prove it. At least the complaint still make it known to you people that he has gotting the laptop at of the time he is writing these thread, he just want to list his experience here which is not always so. that is not how it always be, as i have stated. there are bad review on every business person or item, even some people are complaining about L.G while others are happy with it. On Friday a retailer traveled all the ways from Abuja to our shop to buy three apple laptops and he is very happy as at this time and even waiting for our next item to arrive then come back and get others. 80 customers will buy daily and two might have complaint. If you doubt then check other shops.

The good thing is that we will always solve our customers complaints in a way them too will be happy.
