I have gone through the chats you posted and I cannot see where you clearly, concisely and explicitly stated that she has to pay her shipping fees before she even physically sees or collects her goods.

She has already paid you upfront for the goods itself, I dont think she is asking too much or that it is out of place for her to insist that she pays for the goods at point of collection.

Paying shipping fees at point of collection is the standard everywhere. I have used at least 5 shipping companies in my importation career spanning 10 years and I always pay for my goods when I go to collect it. The companies even like it way. So, the fact that some people decide to pay the shipping fees upfront doesnt make it a standard or a rule you will adopt.

I recognize that you are probably using a shipping company and making a margin off the price difference. It is not out of place. You should just discuss and agree with her, because at this rate, both of you will definitely lose money.

So best way to avoid it I take buying fee first and shipping fee once goods arrive in Nigeria thats how I run my business

it would remain at the warehouse and grow old there and when ever she decided and she is ready to take her package any charges added to it would be added to her payment and she would pay it before pick up

I perfectly understand @Enyinne. She accepted the terms of the guy, fine. The guy said, "pay and pick up your item". But now, the babe decided she wants to know his pick up location.

To me, it's not bad to request the location where she will pick her stuff. After all, she will be the one to transport herself there for d pick-up. Even if the guy has no warehouse or store, he can choose a location and when she arrives, she will still complete her payment before she picks it up. Unless, if there is something fishy that I don't know.

Very simple thing. So I don't know why this should be a case.
