yes it can be done on an existing interlocking but only if the ground is stable,solidified and has not hondulated BUT I would advice it Is totally erupted before the introduction of stamp concrete because the level of ground has a whole lot to do with the total floor finish and completion. and besides with the standard of production in nigeria you cannot trust interlocking underneath concrete it might fail. thanks for stopping by
