Intrauterine insemination is effective for some cases with sperm quality problems. However, if the total motile count at the time of insemination (after processing) is less than 5 million, chances for pregnancy with IUI are much lower(2%). If the total motile sperm count is below 1 to 5 million, IVF/ICIS is preferred

IUI is for people that her hubby has more than 5million sperm count. Like me now, I can't do IUI because my husband sperm count is very low

Yes, but sometimes it's not just enough, it's better to combine it with motility boost and count boost take for three months.
