Does anyone here draft Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP)?

In my view, lighting is 80% of a room's atmosphere; without an RCP, the design feels incomplete. My current architect states this is the work of an electrician, not an architect. However, my client is detail-oriented and expects this as part of the deliverable.

I am looking for someone who can step in and provide a professional RCP. Please reach out if you can assist.

For the uninitiated, courtesy of alladiyallydotcom: "It is referred to as a reflected ceiling plan since it is drawn to display a view of the ceiling as if it were reflected onto a mirror on the floor. This way, the reflected ceiling plan has the same orientation as the floor plan associated with it. It is as if the ceiling were see-through and you could see right through it to the floor below."
