1. The beneficiary must be registered christian ministry
2. It must be small and upcoming ministry.
3. The project must not be more than a ground floor building on maximum of 2 plots.
4. The drawings shall be in soft copy and forwarded to the beneficiary to print out himself.
6. Incase of need for Site Inspection If the distance is outside Owerri or Abuja, transport shall be provided by the beneficiary for our team of engineers.

My brother, its a disturbing trend. However, sometimes I don't really blame them because everybody wants the value for their money, even if it is at the expense of the designer.

just like that fella said, i laugh when they call a 3D presentation like this "just sketch". I know what it takes to put up this. My brother more grease to ur elbow. I advice you, anyone who wants a "sketch" other than the "sketches" you have here, negotiate what it will cost for the full drawing and let him pay 10% of it before you switch on your system. You have gotten enough samples to prove you competence in handling any brief the client may bring. If he does not accept that, let him go. Its a sure proof that him never buy land talkless of building. For me, i am practicing that 10% policy and it working.
