Hello everyone, now a days, the real estate market is one to die for, not only is it making millions of Nigerians wealthy its creating places for our on growing population to dwell in.
Now, terrace houses are springing up all over the country. Take Lagos for example were I reside and practice, its a money maker.
Just imagine you as a developer spending #30million to errect 4 units of 4 bedroom or 3 bedroom terrace houses and imagine u selling each for #3million.
If u do the maths that's #140mill on an investment of #30m minus land cost.
This isn't a fantasy its real and its happening as we speak.
Not only hv I designed such have also supervised the construction to an extent.
Now, for most, #30m is a lot, can invest in building wat ever your money will allow.
If ure interested,

Pls Contact me Arch.Emmanuel of Xammel Architecture via mail ( xammel.architecture@yahoo.com ) or call me if intrested in the terrace houses project 08147203152
