I have observed that all the house agents on NL are greedy and gluttonous. I strongly appreciate those feW and exceptional agents that upload the pix of their properties(flats,land and others) and most importantly, agent DAY11(You are mouthed) I had a terrible experience with an agent I met on NL(name witheld) who was only interested in my 2,500 registration fee and took me to a devastating and catastrophic flat where I wudnt be able to tell my debtors to pay me visit because he/she will use the money to rent a room for me. M not embellishing thing here. Its a glorified hut. My point is that if I had seen the pix on NL, I wudnt even bother to approach the hungering agent. Please, I will encourage agents to always upload the pictures of dier properties and not focus on the registration fee they will get by decievin NLanders. Meanwhile,10% commission await them. Kudos to DAY11 and the rest. I sign out. |
