I am wondering why a pre- order ( which seem like instalmental payment) can be cheaper than 100% outright payment. Anyway, am sure we can sort that out. Am planning making the purchase end of Sept.

In the meantime, what is the difference between the Acura MDX tech pkg & the sport pkg?

Is there any issue on this land. I am curious that nobody has either bought these plots since you started advertising it and it doesn't have any building On it yet for years now. This is most unlike lands around that vicinity. Kindly explain.
