Yes it's windows 10...I didn't see anything as "allow prompt" when installing.

Those of you that wrote the assessment,how did you use the safe exam browser, because I tried it tonight to see if the issue has been resolved before starting the test by 10am today but it's still same o.
Camera and mic not accessible on my laptop.
I've checked my system, the issue isn't from my system..
I don't know what is wrong o.
Could it be from Polaris end?

I was rescheduled.
I sent them a mail on Saturday alongsides screenshots, informing them I couldn't take the test.

please who has dragnet past questions o anybody
it is urgent.

Was anyone able to do the assessment?
The safe exam browser isn't working on my system o. Keeps saying my camera and mic isn't supported.
But it was working when I tried it for the dummy test.
