The lady, who identified herself as Queen
Esther, said she began a sexual relationship
with Mr Suleman (popularly known as Apostle
Suleman) in 2013 before a “catastrophic break-
up” a year later.Barely one week after a lady,

Premium Times reports that the lady, who
identified herself as Queen Esther, said on
Sunday March, 12, she began a sexual
relationship with Mr Suleman (popularly known
as Apostle Suleman) in 2013 before
a“catastrophic break-up”a year later.
“I was an usher in his branch church, but I had
a sexual relationship with him as he lured me
into it in order to solve my spiritual problem
and limitations to success in career and
marriage, but after the sex he didn’t solve the
problems for me, instead he started making
proposal for us to marry, ”Ms Esther
said.“I dated Apostle Suleman while I was a
member in his church, he was my pastor,
spiritual director and mentor aside being a
boyfriend, from August 2013 to 2014 April.”Ms.
Esther’s claims came two days after Ms. Otobo,
a Canadian-based singer, told journalists about
her alleged amorous affair with the cleric.Mr
Suleman denies all the allegations.
On Friday March, 10, the cleric threatened to
sue Ms Otobo’s lawyer, Festus Keyamo, and
accused him of plotting to clone his voice in a
forthcoming video on the marriage scandal.The
preacher’s wife, Lizy, had also risen in support
of her husband, insisting his alleged
persecution is the handiwork of the powers that
be in the political circles.

The United States has branded Nigeria ahome
of fraud as it also expressed concern over the
capacity of Nigeria’s States Security Service,
SSS, to investigate money laundering.Premium

this in an assessment which was contained in
March 2017 edition of the International
Narcotics Control Strategy Report (INCSR)
authored by the US Department of State’s

Enforcement Affairs.“There are concerns about

not share case information with other agencies
that also conduct financial investigations,”the
report states.The report noted that the EFCC’s
reliance on formal mutual legal assistance with

money laundering cases is a major challenge in

South Africa's sports minister Fikile Mbalula
said the government had been forced to have a
rethink due tofinancial
restraints.Liverpool,which is bidding to host the
2026 games, has now offered to step in if
Durban cannot host.The Commonwealth Games
Federation will make the final decision over
Durban.Liverpool Mayor Joe Anderson has
written to Sports Minister Tracey Crouch to
express the city's interest after Commonwealth
Games officials hinted another host might be
needed.A Liverpool City Council spokesperson
said: "Liverpool is interested in hosting the
games in 2022."We had heard rumours that
Durban might be unable to deliver the
Commonwealth Games in 2022 and
havealready indicated to the government
thatwe are very willing to host them
instead."Durban was awarded the Games in
2015 after being the only city to make a
confirmed bid.
But the South African government has been
unable to come to agreement with the
Commonwealth Games Federation over paying
for the tournament.Mr Mbalula said: "It does
not look like we will find each other."We have
given it our best shot, but we cannot live
beyond our means."Birmingham is also bidding
to host 2026 but as yet has not offered to stage

Utomi led the delegation to Kuje prison,
where Kanu is currently in detention.

The Federal Government is set to employ
additional 350,000 unemployed graduates in
2017 under the N-Power Volunteer Corps, a
component of the government’s Social
Investment Programmes.
The Senior Special Assistant to the Acting
President on Media Publicity, Mr. Laolu Akande,
disclosed this in a statement on Sunday.Punch
reports that Akande said President
Muhammadu Buhari has requested
appropriation of N157.75bn in the 2017 budget
estimates for the N-Power scheme.Federal
government set to create 350,000 job
opportunities for graduates in 2017Akande
said:“350,000 unemployed graduates more
would be hired and trained, alongside 50,000
non-graduatesyouths to be engaged as artisans
and in other creative ventures.
Akande said that under the N157.75bn also, a
sum of N4.5bn has been earmarked for the
Science, Technology, Engineering and
Mathematics programme to support young
Nigerians in building skills in those disciplines.
