I also had dealings with Day 11 concerning property, i paid him in advance but situation happened beyond our control, the guy returned my money immediately, i even asked him to hold it until he sees another property but he insisted on paying me back intact !!! the guy is a straight forward honest guy. I would gladly recommend him anytime any day. Day 11, hope you can still remember me? the Ogudu house (okey's place).
