Promise005: Good evening house, wow I have really learnt a lot from this forum. Kudos to everyone keeping this page alive. I really wish I had discovered it on time. Please what can I do ? I was refused my trv in April this year on purpose of visit and travel history. I applied to university of Regina for an undergraduate. In my application I omitted the fact that I have been refused American visa twice I didn't realise the gravity of this omission until I stumbled upon this thread. I want to re apply and state my refusals in this new application. I know they already have my records in their database. Please, what can I do? I regret my actions gravely. Were you sent a procedural letter ? & did you tick no instead of yes ? |

lordjayabs: It is due to misrepresentation. He was denied visa to USA before and lied about it. Lied about it or omitted it ? Like he chose no instead of yes ? |

lordjayabs: Hello guys, please I need your answer on this. If someone has been banned for 5 years by Canada, which countries can he safely apply to that will not have record of this ban? Is it safe for the victim to apply to Norway, Australia and co? What was the reason behind the ban ? |
