I’m not disputing the importance of Africans in global institutions. My point is that individuals operate within institutional constraints. A Black head of the World Trade Organisation like Dr. Ngozi Iweala for example cannot fundamentally change global voting power, capital control, or development models on their own.

These organisations are not "my people my people" organisations. If representation alone were sufficient, Africa’s structural position in the global economy would already have shifted. The fact that it hasn’t, shows that the issue isn’t who is in the room, but how the room is designed.

Then play your part towards a design that will make more Africans have more achievements


It's not like all Whites are more successful than all blacks, it's not like all non Africans are richer or whatever

It's just about more Africans enjoying their days on earth , as in more Africans should enjoy,

And that means, at least to me, that the political systems within Africa have to be re arranged by the richest of Africans which includes politicians such that more Africans will have their talents/intelligence utilized in a way that will make their environment more enjoyable/conducive for human existence and also means to me that these RICHEST of Africans have to spend more on empowering other or their fellow Africans in need instead of seeing them as competition and they don't even need to see whites as people to look up to or get permission from as they read what I post cuz I see WHITE/BLACK as nothing but skin color shit and as for being African, that's just a matter of chance to me, and I don't find any reason why my joy or achievements should be reduced because of that.

No, my Lord, he can not mean "drawing portraits for people" because he does not have peoples' what he would need to draw portraits from.

It sounds more like he wants to draw you from his imagination, because I'm very certain he does not expect you to provide him with an image of yourself on a faceless public forum so he can draw you and pay you a negotiable price.
