The Black Reverendz aka Ayangba have concluded plans to drop the remix version of their popular hit song of the year 2000, “Ayangba Girls”. Sources close to the artistes told Factfinders Online on Saturday, that all is set for the duo to release the Ayangba remix on Monday, February 8. The remix version, we learnt, features a young wave making Nigeria rapper, but the artistes intend to keep it a secret until the song is officially released on Monday. A pan-Ijaw socio-political organisation, Niger Delta Youth for Equity and Justice, NDYEJ, has commended the Joint Task Force, JTF, for the arrest of suspected criminals behind the recent gas pipeline explosion from Escravos to Warri. The Spokesman of NDYEJ, Sam MacPepple, in a statement in Port Harcourt on Friday said that the arrest was commendable especially coming after “accusing fingers have been pointed at the wrong direction" on a repented Niger-Delta militant, Government Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo.
