You're advertising a property, but requesting private calls for details?
Who does that?
If you don't know what a property brief is, I suggest you learn and correct yourself.
Tho, I suspect you're well aware and are trying to hide some information.
You go sell.

Oga pls leave my thread for prospective tenants abeg

DZTech:
What exactly are you hiding?
Isok

hiding? as if you wouldn't inspect first.
If really serious, you would call for enquiries, don't expect me to answer all these questions you've asked here.

DZTech:
Give details/breakdown of the rent and fees?
