Cabal in oil industries are in levels and stages. From crude oil, to nnpc, to pengassan, nupeng and major and independent marketers.

While dangote was supported with millions of dollars and tax relief while constructing the refinery others granted approval as well were neglected. That move is suspicious.

If one or two others refinery had been assisted like dangote, monopolistic tendency would have been eliminated.

We would not have been where we are today if the past government has compelled all foreign oil companies to have a refinery instead of relying on nnpc supply.
