Why do we have miracles for barren women, visa approvals, etc but none for a particular set of people-amputees or victims of lost limbs?

Show me before and after pictures or videos and the testimonies of these people on the pulpit saying how their limbs were restored after Pastor prayed or they attended a program or used an anointed item the same way others testify on the pulpit.
