The FG simply added 40k for all federal workers regardless of grade level. So, while those on the lowest grade got about 90% increase, majority of federal workers got between 7% to 10% increase with some getting as low as 4% increase.

It was this tactic that made state governors quickly agree to pay the so called minimum wage because they know it shortchanged the workers.

Cost of living increased by over 600% on the average, but the government increase its workers salaries by less than 10% in real value and expects praises.

I earn more when 40k flat rate was added to our salary between September to December,but,in January,when they finished calculating the newly implemented minimum wage to all salary scale,my salary reduced by 3k... something by boss had told me before.

The newly implemented minimum wage is reflecting in my payslip since January 2025, although,the salary is poor,compare to every federal workers expectations,but, saying that 30k flat rate was added to all grade is a pure lie,I know how much I was collecting before the newly implemented minimum wage and I know my take home now,what they added is far above 30k.

The issue every government workers,state workers and every other employees are facing is high cost of living,cost of transportation,food,data, and others.

Nlc and tuc made a terrible mistake by accepting 70k as a new minimum wage, assuming they insisted on at least 100k,our salary for make sense than what we are getting now....but, saying that they have not implemented New minimum wage is a poor lie

I work at NIPOST and we are under ippis payroll.

We civil servant staff don't go to work everyday, unlike private jobs that you will be going to work Monday to Friday..so,we get plenty of time to do other stuff,like me,I only go to work twice in a week.the advantage of civil servant work is that you have enough time to do other stuff.there is job security,you get promotion every 3 yrs and ur retirement benefits is secure... building of house by the civil servant staffs is made possible through mortgage and other contributions within the system, come to my agency,level 8 officers is building house... lastly,if you are a civil servant,to
access loans through banks is possible...

It's all part of things we learn in retrospect. I should have initiated withdrawal but it was all a game. Those who organize that scheme were not just fraudster but also fxckn human psychologist. Just as they were about to packing, they were giving insane bonuses, they knew a lot of people would try to initiate withdrawal.So they also stop all withdrawal with reason that the bonuses given were meant to be traded to meet the required trading volume before withdrawal can be made.If it was possible, everyone would have withdrawn their bonuses and leave their asset to keep growing.

It's totally irresponsible to sell your property, borrow money from banks and loan apps, and WORSE of all, money entrusted with them to invest in these sorts of things. We know how past investment schemes have turned out negatively over the last 25 years online and offline. These folks ONLY have themselves to blame. How much property can these people seen in the video above even loot from that CBEX office in Ibadan that will bring back their money?

Better to learn how to trade and invest on your own after proper training from credible sources with evidence of testimonials from those successfully trained, than to give your hard-earned money to a third party to trade or invest on your behalf. Enough said.
