Try this


Insert the ntel SIM. Put your phone in flight mode, Dail *#*#4636#*#* select the SIM slot the ntel is located and change the network type to LTE Only. Now here is a trick just below it you will see Mobile Radio Power, Toggle it on and Toggle it off again. Now remove your phone from flight mode and you are good to go.

NB If you change your data SIM you may be have to repeat these steps. It is a 30 seconds stuff.
