I was remanded at Ikoyi and one day at about 8pm someone was seriously down with asthma, we were all shouting like mad men and no warder came to his rescue, this man choked and died right under our watchful eyes, to make the matter worst, the corpse was left with us till about 11am in the the morning, right then I knew it was better to be an animal locked up in a cage than be put in Nigeria prison .. just Incase you wanna ask took me there!
