I was discussing with civil servant that was employed since 2010 about salary and I discovered something that shocked me.
Do you know that federal government still pay with the same salary structure of 2010
for example in 2010 a take home of a level 8 graduate is roughly 120k
in 2024 a graduate still take home 120k.
Is this not barbaric ?

in fact 120k of 2010 should be over 1m naira now.
