Two of my friends wrote an aptitude test with flour mill since last year October 2014 yet they haven't hear from them. They still call another friend of march for test this year February yet the guy have not hear anything from them. Yet they keep on advertising jobs online when they are not yet through with the ones they have conducted. Please guys why are they doing like this. If u have any info plz share.

Am very much interested but i don't have experience in inverter neither do i have in solar but am very sound in electrical works.Can i still apply?

Am reasoning something about this NNPC.Election is around the corner, if the interview will only hold in Abuja that means it will take up to a month to finish it.Who knows whether they want to delay it till after election.In that case since most of the Ogas in NNPC is by appointment and if Goodluck did not win the election and Buhari wins that means he will appoint his own people and in dat case NNPC may start the recruitment afresh cos the system will change.But if Good luck wins then d recruitment process will continue.What do u think guys
