There is no where in this world where a police will randomly stop a citizen and start searching unless otherwise where either vehicle is flagged, or they have real genuine information regarding individual which 90% they don't have any data of whoever they stop. Also stop and search is a volitie activity which in sane countries there is no where you can ever see road block. As far as I know here in Europe I have never seen any one been accosted by the police team.
